Long day at my "other" job

Wish I could stay home to design and sew, sew, sew. Realistically, I still need to work. I am  a Registered Nurse and my job requires me to be "On Call" every 3 days and several weekends each month. It's not a schedule that most people would like (it does interfere with my life at home). I have done it for so long, it seems normal for me. Today was an especially long day at the hospital. Several patients needed help today and I did not have time to work at my sewing machine. Only enough time to type this post. Oh well, such is the life of a Cath Lab Nurse.
